Two of the most wonderfulwomen in the world came by our shop last Thursday. Phyllis and Jeanie Carnes, mother and daughter, drive from Maryland twice a year to see Mickey Gilley.  They ordered a new banner to celebrate Mickey’s return to Branson! We have been seeing Christmas in June here at PerfectSigns.com with the making of new signs for Kringle’s Christmas Village! Janet Hill came to us with a need for some fresh signs for some of the businesses at The Grand Village. First we repainted and recovered some of her old signs for Kringle’s and we also helped update her signs for Mel’s Hard luck Diner. Mel’s Hard Luck Diner is a fun, ’50s-themed diner, featuring hand-dipped malts and shakes. You may be served by a man in a turquoise bowling shirt and slicked back hair, or a lady be-boppin’ around in a Pink Lady shirt and capris. The servers also sing. Some of them have made it to top spots on “American Idol.” Check out Mel’s Hard luck Diner for good food, generous portions and fun entertainment.

We just finished up some really great looking signs for UTC Hardwoods. They wanted to re-use some existing signs so it was decided to cover the back side of two 5′ x 10′ sheets of alupanel. On one we printed vinyl to cover the entire sheet and on the other we used cut vinyl for a directional sign.

The Branson Auction RECEPTION & CHARITY AUCTION sponsored by Summerwinds Resorts will be Thursday April 15, 2010 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Branson Convention Center.  The proceeds will be donated to the “Autism Society of America.”  Thanks go out to all the contributors to this auction.

Jared from Adventure Zip Line of Branson came in and approved the final proof the Hummer vehicle wrap.  Kelly and Casey will start this on Friday.  I can’t wait to see the finished product.
